What is Grata Connects?

Grata Connects began with a clear vision: to connect those in need with those that support. We spent a year meeting with local leaders, those in need, and those that offer services. The need for an organization with an innovative approach to connect everyone involved became clear. Through a strong and well trained volunteer team, our Connectors, we will guide those in need through what can be a complicated system to navigate.
Stability Seekers.
At Grata Connects, we believe that until an individuals underlying trauma issues are addressed their path to long term stability will remain blocked. We have extensive experience around the work to heal from trauma, the resources and expertise needed to do so, and how incredibly hard and long that journey can be. We meet everyone where they are, with kindness, patience, respect, and empathy.
Connectors.
At Grata Connects, one of our strengths is fostering connections. Not just between those in need with those that offer services, but also connecting the entities that provide services and support. When we proactively seek out those in need and then guide them to the agency that can best support we increase the efficiency of the process for all involved. Through our proprietary software platform we are able to objectively track interactions with those that offer services and share data that will improve their impact.
